Stål & Hyr Group AB (with the investment fund Accent Equity 2012 as a majority owner) has acquired all shares in Dennis Maskinuthyrning AB. Closing of the transaction took place on 14 July 2017.

Stål & Hyr and Dennis Maskinuthyrning are both active in the rental business primarily renting out machines and equipment to the construction industry. The group companies will after the transaction provide its rental services at the group's eleven rental depots in southwest Sweden.
