Sidley represented Axis Capital Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited and Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited as underwriters in the Section 4(a) and Regulation S compliant initial public offering of Eris Lifesciences Limited. The total offering amount was approximately US$270 million. This offering is the largest pharmaceutical company IPO from India to date and one of the largest private exits ever by way of an IPO.

Eris Lifesciences Limited is a company that develops, manufactures and commercializes branded pharmaceutical products in select therapeutic areas.
