Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Expert360 on its A$13 million Series B capital raising, with capital contributed by VC fund Airtree and existing shareholders.

Expert360 is an online marketplace that matches its global network of freelance consultants with businesses on a project by project basis. Following the investment from AirTree, Australia’s largest venture capital fund, Expert360 has now raised A$21 million since its inception.

The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by Partner Peter Dunne who was supported by Solicitor Claire Bamford. The Expert360 team was led by co-founders Bridget Loudon and Emily Yue.
