Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), advised Deutsche Bank Technology Centre on leasing offices in Moscow’s Aquamarine III Business Centre at 24 Ozerkovskaya Embankment. This, the biggest Class A office lease deal in Moscow this year so far, was also supported by JLL consultants.

The Russian Deutsche Bank Technology Centre has taken out a long-term lease for 8,200sqm of office space in the Business Centre’s third block and will move in at the shell & core stage. The fit-out is due to be finished by summer next year.

Goltsblat BLP’s project team, led by Real Estate Partner Yuri Chernobrivtsev, included Head of Group Inna Firsova and Associate Angelina Yusufova.

Yuri Chernobrivtsev said: “We were happy to act for the Deutsche Bank Technology Centre in this deal. Each office lease is a unique, customised project, so we take constant account of the tenant’s specific business, corporate requirements and standards. This Deutsche Bank Technology Centre instruction was no exception. Our ambitious task, as members of the working group, was to negotiate, draft and secure approval for contractual documents on a tight schedule.”
