Shir Hotels has signed a long-term hotel lease agreement with a Scandinavian hotel operator regarding the operation of Shir’s hotel in Frankfurt, currently operated as a Wyndham Grand, starting at the beginning of 2018. The hotel is located in the city centre, a few minutes’ walk from the central station and about 10 kilometres from the airport. Taylor Wessing led by its Frankfurt based specialist for Hotels & Leisure Martin Bartlik acted in this transaction for Shir Hotels.

The hotel is currently being extended and will have 293 rooms as well as a restaurant, bar, 700 sqm of conference spaces and fitness facilities.
