NautaDutilh assists WeWork on multibillion dollar SoftBank investment

NautaDutilh assisted WeWork Companies in connection with the USD 4.4 billion investment from the SoftBank Group and the SoftBank Vision Fund. The investments comprises amongst others a USD 900 million investment in two newly created Dutch joint venture companies, each controlled and managed by local WeWork management teams, which will fund WeWork’s expansion in China (WeWork China) and Southeast Asia and Korea (WeWork Pacific), respectively.  NautaDutilh co-counsel;ed with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP on this deal.
