Paul, Weiss is representing Rackspace Hosting, Inc., a portfolio company of funds managed by Apollo Global Management, LLC affiliates, in its acquisition of Datapipe Parent, Inc. Both Rackspace and Datapipe are leading cloud server management companies. The transaction, announced on September 11, is the largest ever for Rackspace. It is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017.
