11 Sep 2017

Gide has advised Orange on signing an off-plan lease for its future headquarters at the “Bridge” complex, located in the southern Paris suburb of Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Developed by Altarea Cogedim and Crédit Agricole Assurances, and designed by architecture firm Jean-Paul Viguier et Associés, the “Bridge” project is located near the Issy bridge. The building will cover 56,000 sq.m. and will welcome the group’s 3,000 employees at its completion in the summer of 2020.

Gide’s team comprised partner Christopher Szostak and counsel Antoine Mary from the firm’s Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.

Altarea Cogedim and Crédit Agricole Assurances were advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, with a team comprising partner Emmanuel Fatôme, and associates Adam Haddad and Adrien Williot.
