Eversheds Sutherland Bitans has represented one of the largest mobile telecommunication operators in claim brought by previous client's business partner regarding recovery of remuneration for allegedly historically provided legal services in amount of approximately 1,4 million EUR.

We have provided our legal assistance to the client by representing the client in two court instances, not only by preparing procedural documents and strategy, but also by carrying out in-depth study and analysis of case historical data.

Eversheds Sutherland Bitans has successfully proved that any contractual relationships between the client and it's insolvent business partner has been terminated, as a result, the claim brought by the insolvent business partner was unproven and unfounded, which was also established by the court at both instances.
