Clifford Chance has advised General Electric on the creation of new equipment lease financing subsidiary, GE Industrial Leasing France, and its dual licensing as both financing company and payment institution.

GE Industrial Leasing France will offer healthcare and industrial equipment financing products as a support to General Electric's core operations.
