Slaughter and May advised Glenveagh Properties on its proposed initial public offering

Slaughter and May is advising Glenveagh Properties PLC (“Glenveagh”) on its intention to proceed with an initial public offering of its ordinary shares, as announced on 2 October 2017.  It is seeking a listing on the primary segment of the Irish Stock Exchange and on the standard segment of the London Stock Exchange.  Glenveagh is an Irish homebuilder with a principal focus on the Greater Dublin Area.  It is focused on developing starter, mid-size and executive and high-end homes (both houses and apartments), either for itself or in partnership with third parties.  It is seeking to raise gross proceeds of up to €550 million.

Slaughter and May is working as an integrated team with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP (advising on US law) and A&L Goodbody (advising on Irish law).
