Taylor Wessing has advised Five Arrows Principal Investment on the acquisition of Dutch insurance services business firm Voogd & Voogd from Bencis Capital Partners.

Founded in 1909, Voogd & Voogd is a leading technology-enabled insurance distribution and software platform. Providing a range of value-added administrative services and solutions, the company’s platform forms the commercial and logistical link between insurers and c.2,000 brokers in the Netherlands.

Private Equity partner, James Goold, led the transaction from the London office with the support of senior counsel Matt Harrison and Private Equity partners Edwin de Rooij and Evert-Jan Osnabrugge led the transaction from the Amsterdam office, with the support of counsel and notary Elina Mul.
