Gide has advised Lacoste Holding, owned by Maus Frères International, on the acquisition of an 80% stake in the share capital of Major Sports, which holds the Tecnifibre brand.

Considered as a sector leader, Tecnifibre offers a wide range of strings, rackets and accessories for tennis, squash and padel, as well as balls in partnership with Bridgestone. Tecnifibre is present mainly in France through a specialised distribution network, and develops its activity abroad in particular in Europe and the United States.
