Norton Rose Fulbright advises Mycronic AB on acquisition of Vi Technology

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Mycronic AB, a listed Swedish high-tech company, on its acquisition of French technology company, Vi Technology, from Neptune Group and other financial shareholders. The transaction was completed on October 27, 2017.

Vi Technology develops, manufactures and sells solutions for inspection during the assembly process in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. The company has delivered approximately 3,000 systems to 500 customers. Customers are mainly in market segments such as automotive, aerospace, consumer, industrial, medical and telecom infrastructure. The company has subsidiaries in Germany, Singapore, the US and a branch in China, totalling around 100 employees.
