Together with management, which will continue to hold a stake in Sturtz Maschinenbau GmbH, CGS is pursuing the objective of positioning Sturtz Maschinenbau even better on international markets. Additional acquisitions are intended to create a strong international industrial group, which will be operating on the key markets of PVC window production and continually be advancing its technological standards.
