Greenberg Trauig advised Gremi Media S.A., the publisher of leading Polish daily newspapers "Rzeczpospolita" and "PARKIET Gazeta Gieldy i Inwestorow," on the listing of shares of Gremi Media S.A. on NewConnect market, the alternative trading system of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The listing involved 1.1385 million shares of the Company, with the nominal value of PLN 4 per share.

Greenberg Traurig also assisted in the process of finding new investors for the Company. In August and September 2017, KCI S.A. sold over 264 thousand Gremi Media S.A. shares. The sold shares amounted to 15.5% of the Company's share capital.

The Transaction was led by Managing Partner Jaroslaw Grzesiak, Partner Ireneusz Matusielanski and Local Partner Karolina Dunin-Wilczynska. They were supported by Associate Grzegorz Socha.
