Jeantet advises Aroundtown on its delisting

09 Nov 2017

Jeantet advised Aroundtown, a real estate Luxembourg company whose property assets mainly based in Germany and in the Netherlands are worth around 7.8 billion Euros, on the delisting of its shares from Euronext Growth Paris (of which Aroundtown was the biggest value, with a market capitalisation of almost 5.8 billion Euros).

As Aroundtown has also been listed on the regulated market Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since June 1, 2017, this dual listing in France and in Germany was affecting the development of the liquidity of its shares on the German regulated market and prevented Aroundtown from being integrated in the most prestigious indices of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, such as M-DAX.

The delisting of Aroundtown shares from Euronext Growth Paris, approved on November 7, 2017, will be effective after the implementation of a sales facility procedure centralised by Société Générale.

Jeantet: Frank Martin Laprade, partner, Cyril Deniaud, counsel, and Clémence Gagneux, associate (Corporate / Capital market law department).

Aroundtown was also advised by Aldebaran Global Advisors, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to capital markets (Nathanaël Mauclair and Thomas Le Doeuff).
