Ashurst LLP advised TH Real Estate on behalf of its fund European Cities Fund on the acquisition from La Compagnie de Phalsbourg of the Retail Park Enox in Gennevilliers (France) developing a gross letting area of circa 26,000 s.qm. and fully let to nine well-known brands such as Nike, Darty, Maisons du Monde….

The Ashurst team in Paris was composed of real estate partner Guillaume Aubatier, assisted by associates Dorian Scemama and Malvina Dahan.

Ashurst worked on this transaction alongside the notary firm Flusin, Mirallès, Estèves et Associés (Maîtres Mirallès et Lamboley) in which Ashurst hold a shareholding stake and which was in charge of the notary aspects of the deal.
