With a team led by Dr. Vinzenz Bödeker and Christian Staps, both based in Frankfurt, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Finnish Pyroll Group on the acquisition of Stora Enso Baienfurt GmbH, a cutting center for the paper industry.
 
With the acquisition of Stora Enso Baienfurt, Pyroll intends to further expand its activities on the German market.
 
Pyroll Group is a leading Nordic family-owned paper, board, and plastics processing company. Pyroll was founded in 1973, employs some 500 people, and generates revenue of about EUR 100 million.
 
Stora Enso Baienfurt GmbH is part of publicly listed Finnish-Swedish group Stora Enso, one of the world's largest paper and packaging material manufacturers. In Germany, Stora Enso employs over 1,600 people at several production sites.
