Advising ING Corporate Investments Participaties B.V. ("ING CI"), on the acquisition of a 45% stake in the capital of Rodepa Vastgoed B.V.

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised ING Corporate Investments Participaties B.V. ("ING CI"), the co-investment branch of ING Bank N.V. on the acquisition of a 45% stake in the capital of Rodepa Recycling group. The holding company includes recycling companies Rodepa Plastics and De Paauw Recycling. The company is specialised in the trade of plastic waste and the recycling of plastic waste into valuable raw material in the Netherlands and Europe.

This marks the third transaction Simmons & Simmons has advised ING CI on this year, one of them being the investment in EBUSCO B.V., a Dutch company which develops, markets and sells full electric (public transport) buses in the European market.
