Hellman & Friedman and GIC completed their €1.8 billion acquisition of Allfunds Bank, S.A., a leading global financial solutions company, from Intesa Sanpaolo Group, Santander Group, General Atlantic and Warburg Pincus. Allfunds offers integrated technology based solutions to asset managers and distributors of mutual funds supporting over 530 institutional clients from 38 different countries and over €265 billion of assets under administration. Paul, Weiss represented GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.
