The Media team of BEITEN BURKHARDT has assisted Media Group Medweth with selling the premium women's magazine MADAME to Bauer Media Group. The transaction is still subject to clearance by the competent antitrust     authorities.

With this sale one of the most traditional and most prominent women's magazines in Germany changes its publishing house. Since 1967, the magazine MADAME has been the synonym for quintessential top-quality fashion and trend reporting. MADAME is published weekly and covers topics such as Fashion & Jewellery, Beauty & Wellness, Art & Culture, Travel & Design, Lifestyle & Food.
