Firm provide a comprehensive advisory to French Biscuit Internatinal SAS on its acquisition of the Eschweiler waffle factory

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has provided comprehensive advice to the French Biscuit International SAS on its acquisition of the Eschweiler waffle factory Feinbackwaren GmbH through its Dutch subsidiary De Banketgroep Holding International B.V.

Biscuit International, based in Paris, has 1,200 employees and mainly produces waffles and biscuits at eleven locations. Biscuit International is owned by the French private equity investment company Qualium Investissement.

The Düsseldorf team, consisted of: Leo Verhoeff and Dr Michael Bormann (both lead, corporate/M&A), Marc Urlichs, Dr Anja Schlichting, Julian Hiereth (all corporate M&A), Heiko Stoll (tax law), Dr Steffen Nguyen, Lara Unverricht (all employment law), Dr Barbara Heinrich (real estate), Christopher Götz (IT/data protection), Dr Martin Gramsch (antitrust) and Silvia Itu (IP).
