Eversheds Sutherland Stockholm Office has assisted CSAM Health AS in its purchase of all shares in the Swedish company Databyran AB, makers of ProSang, a leading blood management system in Scandinavia.

With this acquisition, CSAM adds a new specialized product area to its leading portfolio of eHealth niche solutions in the Nordics.
