Dentons announced the hire of Davide Boffi as partner in the Employment and Labor practice. He joins from Italian law firm Ughi e Nunziante along with associate Marco Alessandro Prandelli and trainee Francesca Servadei. They will be based in the Milan office.

Davide Boffi specializes in employment and labor law, as well as in agency contracts. He regularly provides assistance to Italian and foreign companies on complex employment issues related to day-to-day HR management, and on extraordinary corporate transactions. He has notable experience in litigation and out of court matters, in particular with reference to companies’ reorganizations and industrial relations.
