Hogan Lovells has appointed a new M&A energy, natural resources and infrastructure partner in its London practice, with the arrival of Sarah Shaw from Allen & Overy.
Sarah is a seasoned M&A practitioner, with an impressive range of experience acting on major private and public M&A and ECM transactions, principally across the oil and gas, power, renewables and infrastructure sectors. Her experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Sarah advises a number of global energy clients and other corporate, infrastructure, private equity and sovereign wealth fund clients in the sector. Her practice includes a focus on Africa, and she advises funds and corporates that are active in the region.
