Karl Egbert has joined Baker McKenzie as a Partner in its North America Corporate & Securities Practice, as it further enhances its transactional capabilities.
Based in New York, Karl advises asset managers on a variety of regulatory, corporate and business matters related to private and registered funds. He has extensive experience advising hedge fund managers in the US and Asia Pacific on fund formation matters and negotiations with strategic fund investors.

He has been recognized by Chambers Global and the Legal 500 in both the US and Asia Pacific for his cross-border funds work.
