TLT has appointed award-winning construction lawyer and renewable energy specialist Nick Pincott as a partner in its London office.
Nick joins the firm's UK construction, infrastructure and projects team and supports the firm's leading energy and renewables sector practice.
Nick joins TLT from Norton Rose Fulbright where he was a partner in the energy projects group for more than a decade and specialised in renewable energy projects since the late 1990s.
Nick has a wide variety of renewable energy experience including wind, solar, biomass, energy from waste, wave, tidal flow and tidal lagoon. He has worked on more than 100 onshore wind projects, offshore wind farm projects in the UK, continental Europe, Canada and Taiwan and a variety of rooftop and ground mounted solar installations. He has led numerous overseas projects including in Europe, Africa, North and Latin America and Asia, and inward investment into UK and European projects including from North America and Asia.
Nick's construction experience also extends to ports (including the recent London Gateway port and logistics park development) and large scale domestic defence, government accommodation, road and healthcare projects including PFI and PPP projects.
