CMS Budapest has advised the Belgian real estate developer Atenor on the sale of Building D of the Vaci Greens complex to a Hungarian private fund. The 15,650 sqm building was already 60% pre-leased to high-profile international tenants, such as Unilever, Aon and Atos.

The Váci Greens complex, which was initiated by Atenor in 2008, includes six Class A office buildings with a total surface area of over 130,000 m². The complex, ideally located in the heart of the highly dynamic Váci Corridor business district has obtained the "BREEAM Excellent" environmental certificate.

Previously, CMS Budapest has also advised Atenor on the sale of Váci Green office buildings A, B, and C.
