White & Case Advises Banks on Faurecia's €700 Million Notes Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, Natixis and Société Générale, as joint global coordinators, on the €700 million offering of 2.625% senior notes due 2025 by Faurecia, a French automotive parts manufacturer.

The Firm also advised BNP Paribas and Société Générale, as dealer managers, on a tender offer by Société Générale for Faurecia’s existing 3.625% senior notes due 2022, with a principal amount of €540,143,000 tendered and subsequently exchanged for the new senior notes due 2025.

The White & Case team in Paris that advised on the transaction was led by partners Colin Chang, Séverin Robillard and Cenzi Gargaro, with support from counsel Max Turner and associates Tatiana Uskova and Mehdi Bali.
