Schulte is representing activist investor Voce Capital Management LLC in its nomination of two directors to the board of Natus Medical Inc., a leading manufacturer of medical devices and software. Voce Capital has invested in Natus multiple times over the past five years and has built a stake of over 2 percent since January 2018.

The Schulte team representing Voce Capital was led by partner and co-chair of the firm's global Shareholder Activism Group Marc Weingarten and shareholder activism partner Aneliya Crawford, and included associate Reuben Zaramian.
