Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o., a leading Polish broadcaster of television channels, in connection with the establishing of strategic cooperation with Eleven Sports Network Ltd. and the acquisition of a majority share in the Polish company Eleven Sports Network sp. z o.o.

Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice covering legal due diligence, the structure of the Transaction, including antimonopoly aspects, and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, in particular the share purchase agreement and shareholders agreement.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Local Partner Daniel Kaczorowski, supported by Associate Agata Izyk, Senior Associate Marek Kleczek, Associate Iga Czerniak and Paralegal Katarzyna Malocha. Partner Robert Gago, supported by Senior Associate Radoslaw Pawluk, was responsible for the antimonopoly aspects of the Transaction.
