We advised Next Wireless Group, a global technology company focused on online sales of new and used electronic devices to consumers, on the Irish elements of its sale to Brightstar, a Miami-based mobile services company for managing devices and accessories, a subsidiary of Japanese group SoftBank Group Corp.  As a result of the transaction, Next Wireless Group will now lead the B2C e-commerce channel for Brightstar's global sales of used wireless devices and services, utilising online marketplaces and the Next Wireless sales platform.
