Warsaw--Dentons has advised Europa Capital, a real estate investment manager focused on the European markets, on the sale of Spektrum Tower to Globalworth Poland. The transaction value was EU101 million.

Spektrum Tower is a modern building situated in the heart of Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of several business centers. The location is accessible by all forms of public transport, including railway and subway lines.

The A class building offers approximately 29,000 sq. m of recently modernized office space and 314 parking spaces to tenants such as BuroHappold, Ecovadis, BGZ BNP Paribas, Westwing and Calzedonia. Spektrum offers multiple amenities to its tenants, including one of the largest fitness clubs in Warsaw, a private medical clinic and two restaurants.
