ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, one of Germany’s largest media groups, has announced that it has acquired eHarmony, Inc., the California-based online matchmaking platform, via its e-commerce platform NuCom Group and its portfolio company, PARSHIP ELITE Group.

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised ProSiebenSat.1 and NuCom Group in the acquisition.
