Our Paris team is advising Keyyo Communications in negotiations with Bouygues Telecom for the sale of 43.6% of Keyyo's capital through an off-market block sale at a price of €34 per share. If the block sale is completed, Bouygues Telecom will open up the offer to all remaining shareholders at the same price.

This transaction will enable Keyyo Communications to bring a complementary skill to Bouygues Telecom in terms of products, services and digitalization.

The transaction has been approved by both company boards and remains subject to approval from both companies’ employee representative bodies. The completion of the transaction remains subject to customary market conditions.
