International law firm Ashurst is advising NetScientific plc ("NetScientific") on its strategic review announced Monday pursuant to which the board of NetScientific has decided to conduct a review of the various strategic options open to it, one of which is a sale of NetScientific. Accordingly, the strategic review includes a formal sale process to be conducted under the regime set out in the UK Takeover Code.
NetScientific is a transatlantic healthcare technology group with an investment strategy focused on sourcing, funding and commercialising technologies that significantly improve the health and well-being of people with chronic diseases.
