HNA Aviation & Tourism Group is an industry-leading global provider of travel and lifestyle services with core businesses including transportation, hospitality, travel and catering. Jin Jiang International Holdings Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese hospitality and travel group that develops and manages hotels in China and the rest of the world. The sale was completed on November 13, 2018.
