Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Weimob Inc. on its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Established in 2013, Weimob is the leading provider of cloud-based commerce and marketing solutions and targeted marketing services on Tencent's social networking service platforms for small to medium businesses in China.
Partners Virginia Lee and Jean Thio led on the deal, supported by a team consisting of counsel Corey Zhang, registered foreign lawyer Sheng Chen, and associates Samson Chan, Ryan Wong, Xuemei Wang, Helen Huang and Jiwen Peng.
