Dentons advised the founders of Polflam, Messrs. Maciej Szamborski and Wojciech Wilczak, and the Syntaxis Capital fund, on the sale of Polflam to Baltisse.

Dentons provided comprehensive legal advisory in the transaction, including vendor due diligence.

In 2014 Dentons advised Syntaxis Capital fund on its investment in Polflam, then trading as Glass-Team. Today Polflam is the leader in Poland's fire-resistant glass market, with a growing presence in other European countries.
