Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Assoufid Properties Development S.A., housing promotion group based in Morocco, on the negotiation of hotel contracts with Marriott Group for the creation of the St Regis Marrakech Resort.
The hotel will comprise 80 rooms and villas, a spa, a swimming-pool and various restaurants. It will be built by United Real Estate Company. Opening is planned in 2024.
The team in charge of advising Assoufid Properties Development S.A. was led by of counsel Mathieu Dahan, assisted by associate Ismael Sinaceur. Both have already operated on behalf of the owner of another Marriott resort set to open in 2019, the Marriott - Taghazout Bay.
