Clifford Chance Amsterdam has advised MarketAxess in the establishment of its EU hub in Amsterdam. MarketAxess has now received all regulatory approvals from the Dutch regulators to operate its Amsterdam based Multilateral Trading Facility and Data Reporting Service Provider. MarketAxess will provide its services to EU clients out of Amsterdam -  which include its unique Open Trading all-to-all trading platform, which will give clients easy access to a broad pool of cross-border liquidity post-Brexit.
