DLA Piper has advised Katoen Natie with the purchase of shares in VSL Terneuzen B.V. and VSL Tessenderlo B.V. and the assets of VSL Nuth B.V.

Katoen Natie Nederland NV has entered into three transactions on 27 December 2012, concerning the purchase of: (1) the shares of VSL Terneuzen BV; (2) the assets of VSL Nuth BV which are part of the storage branch of this company; and (3) the shares of the Belgian company VSL Tessenderlo NV.

Katoen Natie was advised by Barbara van Hussen, Franci van Helvoirt, Philip Jonker, Erwin Simons, Kristof Slootmans, Sander Wiggers and Laura Smit.
