Dentons is pleased to announce that Sean Fairhurst has joined the Firm as a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Based in Calgary, Sean’s practice will focus on commercial and employment litigation for a wide range of clients, from family-held businesses, to large multi-national corporations and municipalities.

Over the course of his practice, Sean has become skilled at the presentation and defence of claims in an ADR context, with the aim of always achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.”

Since 2014, Best Lawyers has recognized Sean as a leading lawyer in the category of Commercial Litigation. He received his Bachelors of Laws from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1993.
