Ashurst advises Atari in the context of the acquisition by new investors of BlueBay's interests

Ashurst has advised Atari on its financial restructuring and on the acquisition by Ker Ventures and Alden Capital of the interests of its historic shareholder and sole lender, BlueBay.

The Ashurst corporate team advising Atari on these transactions was composed of counsel Joël Corcessin and by associate Mélanie Martin on the corporate and equity capital markets aspects. Partner Jean-Pierre Farges and counsel Pierre-Emmanuel Fender were involved on the restructuring aspects of the operations.

BlueBay was advised by De Pardieu with a team led by associate Cédric Chanas on the corporate aspects and by partner Jacques Henrot and counsel Joanna Gumpelson on the restructuring aspects.

Ker Ventures was advised by Orrick Rambaud Martel with partner Matthieu Grollemund. Alden Capital was advised by Dechert with partner François Hellot.
