Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Gustav W. Eyler has rejoined the firm as a partner in the Washington, D.C. office. Eyler most recently served for five years as Director of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch, having worked before then in other senior roles at DOJ. At Gibson Dunn, he will serve as Co-Chair of the firm’s FDA and Health Care Practice Group and will represent clients in government investigations and enforcement actions related to consumer protection, fraud, and privacy laws. He joins more than 60 former federal prosecutors and enforcers at the firm.
