The international law firm Gianni & Origoni announces the entry into the Rome office of Stefano Rossi, a professional active in the insurance litigation sector, who joins the Litigation and Arbitration department as a Partner. Together with Rossi, the professionals Ludovica Rossi and Piera Starnino also join the Firm in the role of Associate.

Stefano Rossi, who comes from Grimaldi Studio Legale, has many years of experience in the judicial and consultancy field, with particular reference to the insurance sector.

Graduated in Law from the University of Siena in 2000, he is a member of the Rome Bar Association and authorized to practice before the High Courts.

He has held academic positions and has been designated several times, in the Lazio Region, as a member of the Ethics Committee, consultant to the Strategic Management of hospitals and public health companies, in tender commissions for the assignment of insurance and brokerage services and President of Claims Management and Evaluation Committee.

With 63 professionals including 12 Partners, the Litigation and Arbitration department of Gianni & Origoni is one of the largest and most structured in Italy. The department, which already boasts numerous primary clients in the insurance and banking sector, is further strengthened with the entry of Stefano Rossi and the team he coordinates.
