We are pleased to welcome Anne Buan, Alf Amund Gulsvik and Henrik Nordling as new partners in CMS Kluge.

Anne comes from the position of associate partner in Simonsen Vogt Wiig and has extensive experience in major IT and technology projects and public procurement. In CMS Kluge, she will be part of our team within TMC (technology, media and communication). Anne will strengthen our investment in technology law and technology procurement.

Alf Amund has been at CMS Kluge since 2021 and leads our team in public procurement. He has previous experience from Wikborg Rein and is currently a board member of KOFA. Alf Amund is one of the country's leading procurement lawyers.

Henrik has been at CMS Kluge since 2019 and is part of our team within EU and competition law. He has previously worked at BAHR, Schjødt, Darrois Villey in Paris and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussels, he has both a Norwegian and a French bar licence. Henrik is a highly recognized lawyer in competition law.

Alf Amund and Henrik took office on 1 January this year. Anne will take office in February. All three will be part of the IP, technology and EEA department, which is headed by Marte Thorsby.
