International law firm Simmons & Simmons has strengthened its corporate and commercial practice in Milan with the hire of Laura Fiordelisi as partner.

Laura’s practice focuses specifically on market leading transactions and corporate law, private equity and venture capital. Over the years, she has advised numerous private equity and venture capital funds, Italian companies and international groups operating in various sectors. She is also active in the real estate sector and assists her clients in matters relating to generational transitions and successions, thanks to a strong notarial background.

Laura brings with her a team composed by Federica Musacchia, Nicola Rabitti and Marco Businelli, who will further bolster the firm’s corporate team in Italy.
