We are pleased to welcome Torill Hasle Aamelfot as a new partner in CMS Kluge.

For the past 24 years, Torill has been a partner in the tax department of Deloitte Advokatfirma, where she has assisted a number of the country's largest, both private and public enterprises, with tax and company law issues, including in connection with reorganizations and transactions of all kinds. Torill also has extensive experience in real estate and has regularly assisted a number of the country's largest property developers with the structuring of property projects.

In CMS Kluge, Torill will contribute to the investment in tax and duty in general and the investment within corporate property, with a particular focus on property development. 

We are very happy to have Torill join the team. She will add important knowledge, experience and capacity, and will strengthen our investment in important subject areas in CMS Kluge.
